BUT... read the smallprints, as in our case sadly the snorkeling activity was cancelled due to waters being not clear and there's no compensation for that. If you come from Playa del Carmen as we did, you'll be presented with an extra bill you'll have to pay on the spot. The "lunch" on board is a meager ham and salad sandwich (no sauce, very dry), and when we asked if they had a vegetarian option for my bf they replied "of course…”

“As it was a 3 hr drive from Merida we chose to use a tour rather than the long drive. The bus was very comfortable and the driver excellent even though there was bad weather returning I felt safe. The site was very crowded but interesting. The buffet and ceynote after was not so nice. We only ate at 2:30 when thought it was noon. There was an additional charge for the cenote. We also stopped along the way to shop which was a waste. If not for the lovely bus I would have rather done it on my own.”

“Great experience! I loved it. Zip lining through the fire, atv through cave and fire ignites was exciting, zip ling on hammock across the water and all the adventures were great. Buffet Style Dinner was awesome. A great variety of delicious food. My suggestion is to purchase picture package where it captures your photos in all the adventures. You choose where your adventure begins & ends not a guided tour but plenty of guides were around to assist if needed. What a great experience for my daughter and I and glad we choose this excursion. 11/30/24 (trip taken)”

“Let me say that the staff at Kuza was very nice but that's pretty much the only positive for me. Taxi rides to and from the park were very expensive. Pretty much predatory and there is absolutely no mention of that cost when booking the excursion. Just FYI it cost $65 for 2 adults and 3 kids one way. We were told we could negotiate but once they know you have reservations, you're at their mercy. When we arrived at Kuza, we were taken back to the beach and told that our Mexican flavors class was at 9:15am and then another staff member told us 9:30. We arrived around 9:20…”
