“We loved this excursion. There was about a 1 hour shuttle from the cruise port. Then you got to go zip lining right away. There was a little course, so you got to zip line about 10 times. We went in late May, and it wasn’t very green, it was actually pretty dried up. The experience was still great. The zip lining was so fun, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. “First. We did not have a guide that we expected. The brochure map was horrible. Very difficult to figure out where anything was. We were excited to see penguins but it was closed. Watched the bird flying but was mostly in Spanish so not that exciting. Loved the fish aquariums but especially happy to see a scuba diver there to feed the rays. Overall, just good.”

“The operator confirmed time and pick up but did not show. I called the number and no one answered. Viator also tried to assist but wasn’t able to reach them either. They refunded the tour. The tour operator contacted me via email 90 minutes after our original pick up time to ask if we wanted to still take the tour. We had already started on alternate plans. I would have booked for another day but we were leaving the next day.”

His English was not great, but he tried his best. When we arrived, Carlos took over, thought us the "rules of the road" and we off we went. We had rough road, up and down hills, smooth road (a bit of speed) and open fields to "play" in. When we returned we had lunch with flaming cheese followed by Antonio's tequila and some leather goods shopping. The service was superb, and most exhilarating experience.…”
