We went in late May, and it wasn’t very green, it was actually pretty dried up. The experience was still great. The zip lining was so fun, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The taco lunch was one of the best parts, you got authentic burritos, nachos, enough food to feel nice and full. All in all, it was a great day! The length of the excursion including the shuttle…”

“The operator confirmed time and pick up but did not show. I called the number and no one answered. Viator also tried to assist but wasn’t able to reach them either. They refunded the tour. The tour operator contacted me via email 90 minutes after our original pick up time to ask if we wanted to still take the tour. We had already started on alternate plans. I would have booked for another day but we were leaving the next day.”
