“Awesome crew! Great communication. Perfect amount of time on the island. So much fun!”
All-inclusive catamaran from Cancun to Isla Mujeres with El Meco snorkeling, Playa Norte, beach club buffet, open bar, and sunset return.
“The food at the beach club was mediocre. There was another beach club on the same adjoined beach with lobster, carne asada and pizza. And ours only gave us access to buffet style food that wasn’t that tasty it was like just something to fill your stomach. Although it didn’t make us sick it wasn’t flavorful or delicious and the drinks were watered down. The water wasn’t fit for swimming until we went to the last stop for the day at Playa Mujeres. For the price you pay you would think the beach club food would be much tastier. Was a little bit of a let down but the crew…”
Cancun to Isla Mujeres by catamaran with El Meco snorkeling, open bar, buffet lunch, and beach plus downtown time. Hotel-zone pickup options.
“The boating, snorkel, and island experience was good. The boat crew was amazing and friendly. But my largest complain is for the “SAT company”. Their communication and shuttle team is horrible. The pick up time initially gave a large window of 7am-9am. I spent a week messaging them every day asking for the time with no respond. In the middle of the night before, they decided to message me that pick up time is 9:05am with such a little notice. For the shuttle back, they were initially 30 minutes late. After the driver arrived, he had us sit in the shuttle for another 30 mins. We kept telling him that…”
Cancun to Isla Mujeres by catamaran with open bar, guided snorkel at Arrecife El Meco, and beach club or free island time.
“I didn't give a score too low because the guys on the boat were very nice and served us plenty of drinks in a happy and fun atmosphere. BUT... read the smallprints, as in our case sadly the snorkeling activity was cancelled due to waters being not clear and there's no compensation for that. If you come from Playa del Carmen as we did, you'll be presented with an extra bill you'll have to pay on the spot. The "lunch" on board is a meager ham and salad sandwich (no sauce, very dry), and when we asked if they had a vegetarian option for my bf they replied "of course…”

“Victor and Captain Willy were amazing! I highly recommend this excursion! It was so nice to not be crammed on a boat with 50 other people! We were able to be in charge of the day and how long we spent swimming in one of the most beautiful beaches! The drinks were good and never stopped coming!”
Luxury catamaran to Isla Mujeres with small-group feel, premium open bar, and buffet lunch at a VIP beach club with hotel pickup.
“My friends and I really enjoyed this beautiful Isla Mujeres escape for half of the day! Everything outlined in the description was as expected, regarding timing and all required costs. (Optional costs are noted in my review below). The boat staff, operated by Cancun sailing, was very professional and knowledgeable and clearly explained everything throughout the day. They were also so friendly and helpful, always offering refills of drinks. Some of the drinks available besides water were margaritas, tequila sunrises, and rum punches. We got an explanation and choice as to whether we wanted to snorkel or just stay on the boat. The snorkeling was worth it, and we even…”
