The pick up time initially gave a large window of 7am-9am. I spent a week messaging them every day asking for the time with no respond. In the middle of the night before, they decided to message me that pick up time is 9:05am with such a little notice. For the shuttle back, they were initially 30 minutes late. “I didn't give a score too low because the guys on the boat were very nice and served us plenty of drinks in a happy and fun atmosphere. BUT... read the smallprints, as in our case sadly the snorkeling activity was cancelled due to waters being not clear and there's no compensation for that. If you come from Playa del Carmen as we did, you'll be presented with an extra bill you'll have to pay on the spot. The "lunch" on board is a meager ham and salad sandwich (no sauce, very dry), and when we asked if they had a vegetarian option for my bf they replied "of course…”
