Box lunch promised was a 6 inch Subway sandwich that was mostly just bread. Every stop included incessant hawking of trinkets, souvenirs and elixirs. This tour is a total scam, and on top of a very subpar experience, they keep you inside the compound for an extra hour and a half so that you buy their photos and use their “restaurant”. We were there for a total of 6 hours with our two kids. Total time on zip line: 15 mins, atv: 20 mins, cenote swim: 20 mins. The ATV tour is several laps around a dirt road. My husbands broke partway through and they yelled at him and blamed him.…”
