“What a sh**show! Started with no one showing at the designated pickup spot. By accident, able to find alternate pickup area. Departure 2 1/2 hours later after being driven all over town picking up other passengers. Order of events as advertised-1) Chichen itza, 2) Lunch and sightseeing in Valladolid. 3) Swimming at Seytun cenote. Actual order-1) Selva Maya cenote, 2)Mayan cultural village (tourist trap) with lunch, 3) Chichen itza, 4) Brief stop (1/2 hour) in Valladolid. Box lunch promised was a 6 inch Subway sandwich that was mostly just bread. Every stop included incessant hawking of trinkets, souvenirs and elixirs. “We did the Barbie Line and Bat Cave with Pepe and had an awesome time! We learned so much and had so much fun. Pepe is so patient and knowledgeable and fun, we would like to do more dives with him! The trip lasted from 9am until about 4pm. Delicious lunch was included. All gear provided and was in great shape and fit comfortably. There were 3 of us on the dive. They don’t allow the dive master to take pictures so they can focus on the clients, but there was an on-site photographer who took excellent photos! The communication while booking the trip was excellent, all done on WhatsApp,…”

“The entire dive from beginning to end was absolutely amazing! There were only 4 divers so the group was smaller and more intimate. Our guide was out of this world! He was full of information not just about the dive but the history of the Cenote’s and explained the scientific history of what we were seeing. He made sure to make all the right stops along the way pausing at places so we could simply take in the beauty of the light refractions. Cannot say enough good things!!! When I come back to Mexico I will for sure being coming back to dive them again!!!!”

“Pick up was a mess. It wasn't clear where we would be met. Then the bus was late without any word. Then the tour took us first to a tourist trap to sell things, total waste of time. Also they kept taking forever parking the bus with us on it. Really, let the people out and then the driver can take as long as he wants parking. All in all it was a really long day. Not for small kids or small bladders.”

ATV ride, zipline circuit and cenote swim near Cancun, small-group eco park with pickup and included insurance for $59.

“Ok, first let me say that this company has somehow rigged it so that you cannot leave a google review on their site. This tour is a total scam, and on top of a very subpar experience, they keep you inside the compound for an extra hour and a half so that you buy their photos and use their “restaurant”. We were there for a total of 6 hours with our two kids. Total time on zip line: 15 mins, atv: 20 mins, cenote swim: 20 mins. The ATV tour is several laps around a dirt road. My husbands broke partway through and they yelled at him and blamed him.…”
