“We enjoyed our e-bike and snorkle excursion. The meeting spot is a short walk from the Carnival port which we enjoyed because we wanted to walk around town a little. Our group was just our family of 6 (ages 14-49). We loved biking in the dedicated bike lane with our guide, Jony. The bikes are easy and fun to ride. The snorkle time at Sky Reef was also fun. We saw several different types of colorful fish. The current was a little strong that day so it did take some effort to swim back to the stairs at the beach once we finished. “This E bike tour is on a Path that only has potholes and bumps. It is impossible to enjoy the ride. We are avid bike riders, and can handle some roads like this, but this was the entire ride. Also, the lunch that was included was horrible. After Placing our order for food, they came back 40 minutes later to tell us they had no fish for fish tacos. We never received any snorkeling equipment, and we think the tour operator just forgot this. We were 14 people and perhaps they could not accommodate the size of our party, however, they should’ve told us that. I would not recommend this…”

“The tour took in Merida’s major sites and a mid century suburban area. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and we felt well informed about Merida’s history and culture. We went on a Sunday when some of Merida’s roads are closed to traffic - this was lovely and the ride felt safe and easy. It was our first time using e bikes - we spent a little time in a park getting used to them but it was straightforward and a great way to experience the city.”

“They saved more substantial bikes for us since we had a reservation and asked for them. Had a little problem with a loose pedal but Superman Eduardo came and fixed it then stayed nearby to make sure we were ok. Fun to e-bike the Malecon.”
