“You must climb a very steep, rocky staircase to get to the dining area. If you are older and have balance issues or poor night vision, this can be a challenge. The walkways are dimly lit by only votive candles, so the rocky/uneven pathway isn't very visible. They ran out of some of the food (no shrimp pieces left in the shrimp/vegetable dish) and a very limited selection of desserts were left. The show was very good, but because of the aforementioned issues, we will not be returning.”

The bus was very comfortable and Omar the bus driver got us around safely. The tour was well-organized -no hiccups at all. The only slight negative, as others have mentioned, is the lunch. La Gruta restaurant is definitely worth seeing for the experience, but the service was rather disorganized and the food was just ok for the price. Overall we would highly recommend this tour.”
