They don’t say in the listing that you need glasses to drive the ATV and push you to buy things you don’t need like sunglasses, special shoes and scarfs. “Ok, first let me say that this company has somehow rigged it so that you cannot leave a google review on their site. This tour is a total scam, and on top of a very subpar experience, they keep you inside the compound for an extra hour and a half so that you buy their photos and use their “restaurant”. We were there for a total of 6 hours with our two kids. Total time on zip line: 15 mins, atv: 20 mins, cenote swim: 20 mins. The ATV tour is several laps around a dirt road. My husbands broke partway through and they yelled at him and blamed him.…”
