“Excellent activity, amazing guide, great support staff. We saw lots of wildlife (turtles, stingrays, puffer fish) and the cenote was beautiful with lots of great information. Equipment was provided and very good. Transportation was timely and comfortable. I did not appreciate the 35 dollar per person fee that was not included in the booking price. It was listed in the “not included” section and easy to miss (most on our tour missed it). This was expected to be paid in cash without a card payment option at the end of the tour. An ATM was offered, or payment through a link; using the link, the 70 dollar fee became 86…”
