“Seeing the cenote was very interesting. However, the lagoon snorkel was not great. There was a ton of seaweed in the water. And we did not get a chance to opt for fins which made swimming difficult. Additionally, it was quite a long way from our resort, so the distance to travel to the experience needs to be highlighted in the description. On the positive side, our tour guide Jesus was very knowledgeable, personable and funny. But our driver had to stop at the office to pick him up and then drop him off after the excursion which added time to the day.”

“We went first to Chichen Itza where our guide 'Lei' gave us a lof of information about the site and all the monuments. We then had 1hr to ourselves to venture about and we went to the sacred cenote. we then drove back to the old town where we had lunch and a wonder to buy more trinkets. then we drove to the Cenote which was a very cool experience, if you haven't done this before! We met a few pets there as well, Blanco, Benito and Jack! lol which were very friendly and after treats.. Thank you to Lei for the tour and Armando for driving us around!!!”

“I wouldn't recommend this company. They tried to get more money from us at the tour. We had communication with the tour operator since there was no option for separate ATVs and he stated we can pay $40 USD at arrival. I was quoted $20 when picked up but I was still going to pay $40 since that is what was agreed upon then changed to $45. I showed them the messages and they agreed to the $40. Once paid they then told me I had to pay more money due to a remaining balance when Viator paid for the tour in full. They swindled more money from other people…”
