The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find…”

“At first our adventure got cancelled due to the winds, we had to reschedule for another day which was already for the Atv. We never got a chance to go back to the hotel to change into swim suits due to time but overall the kids had fun. The photographer i think his name was Luis, the captains Andrew and Andrew were all very good and interacted with us to make it more fun. A piece of advise make sure u go with tip money if u want to give them some. We left our bags at the office and felt so bad.”
