The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find…”

The only things I would change would be 1.) no organization between each excursion and we had to routinely ask where to go next and 2.) the picture prices are extremely high (which is typical), but paid for some as quality was decent and memories are important.”

We took a taxi from the Pueta Maya Cruise Terminal to the San Francisco Beach Club. Food, adult beverages are a bit pricey but very delicious. Shopping, animal photos and massages are available for extra cost. We did not purchase the ALL INCLUSIVE BEACH CLUB and I'm not sure if there are limitations to the food and drinks or water toys/ snorkel. Four of us went specifically for the parasail adventure. Two won't go back. This is a check off…”
