“My experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the remarkable staff, punctual driver, and their collective kindness! Unfortunately, sea sickness caught me off guard, but the staff's compassion made all the difference. Don't forget to show your appreciation for their dedication by leaving a tip. While Mexican music would have enhanced the experience, I respect the establishment's commitment to diversity but is disrespectful considering we are on there land tourist need to stop being spoil brats. This experience gets an A+ from me!”

“The actual para sailing easy 5 out of 5 , once you get there it’s super organized and smooth process, all the people are extremely helpful. The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find…”

“We booked the Snorkeling /Parasailing/Jet Ski excursion with my wife and 18 year old son. Pickup at the hotel was extremely convenient. All three of the excursions had amazing guides. The only things I would change would be 1.) no organization between each excursion and we had to routinely ask where to go next and 2.) the picture prices are extremely high (which is typical), but paid for some as quality was decent and memories are important.”
Cancun combo: parasailing over Isla Mujeres plus 2 hours guided snorkeling at four spots, including MUSA and sea turtles.
“The best snorkel of our week here! Parasailing is a once in a lifetime experience! I would do it at every city we visit. The view is breathtaking. Staff are all above and beyond in service!”
